As a follow up to our 2023 AGM held July 31, 2023.
Please complete the preliminary ITR by August 15.
Final ITR submissions are due on or before Sept 25.
Preliminary Loops to be sent out August 31
Finalized Loops will be complete September 25
The ITR form will be emailed to all OWHA/WOGHL Reps
Please let us know in the comments if you plan to have your B teams move to WOGHL this year or looking to make the move for 2024-25.
As mentioned the B loop would need a minimum of 6-8 (amended August 2023) teams in an age group to offer it.
There will need to be a minimum 10 teams in a category/age group to warrant an All Star Game.
Period lengths for this season: 2023-24
U9 10-10-12
All HL U11-U18 10-10-12 curfew is allowed
C and B Divisions period lengths to be a minimum of 10-10-15 with a emphasis on no curfew (we do realize some centres will have to curfew but please recommend no curfews)
Playoff format, period lengths will stay the same as last season.

Documentation will be completed by December for regular season period lengths for 2024-25.
Please share these dates with your teams so they do not book tournaments on these dates.
